Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the website (seoul-sleep-center-en.saeroon.com, the “Site”) operated by Seoul Sleep Center (the “Clinic”).
Article 2 (Services)
The Site provides information services such as clinical guidance, facility and equipment information, directions, and a consultation inquiry form. Actual medical care is delivered not through the Site but at the Clinic’s premises in accordance with the Medical Service Act.
Article 3 (Obligations of the User)
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Site
- Collecting or using the personal information of other users or of the Clinic without authorization
- Infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Entering or transmitting false information to the Site
Article 4 (Medical Information Disclaimer)
Medical information published on the Site is general guidance and does not replace the diagnosis or prescription for an individual patient. Actual care is provided only through in-person consultation with the medical team.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
The operator of the Site is not liable for any temporary interruption of service caused by force majeure such as natural disaster, power failure, or network outage.
Article 6 (Copyright)
Copyright in all content published on the Site — text, photographs, video, design, and the like — belongs to the Clinic or its rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes relating to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the Clinic’s address.
Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)
These Terms may be amended after prior notice, and any changes will be announced through a notice on the Site.
